Influencer Marketing Manager + Social Media Manager Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership over our influencer program, our social media presence and content creation - and have full discretion to achieve our growth goals within those channels.

They will manage Tori’s relationships with influencers and help build our influencer program from the ground up. They will also work with contractors to create content for Tori’s own social media and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The Influencer Marketing Lead will have immense freedom and ability. They will have a strong budget to help us secure partnerships and create content to reach our growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and have full discretion to achieve our growth goals through influencer partnerships, social media content, and other related channels
• Secure partnerships with influencers and creators to grow our product
• Manage Tori’s relationship with influencers including creating and managing the compensation plan and content schedule
• Help build our own content and social media presence with contractors
• Manage Tori’s social media across multiple platforms
• Our team works in-person in our San Francisco office - but open to remote as well
• This role can be PT or FT depending on fit

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with creators, influencers, affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, and/or social media management.
• 1+ years of experience in consumer fintech or crypto startups. Preferably experience at an early stage startup
